This is a zoom workshop. We’re limiting attendance so everyone is on a single screen.

Schedule:

Dec. 8th Friday and Dec. 9th Saturday

10am-12pm, 1-3pm, 330-5pm.

Sunday schedule is 10am -1pm. The fee includes the revised workbook being sent to you as a paperback a month before our date. Each participant will do a simple ten minute a day excercise for a week before we meet and email some information to Kir prior to the workshop starts day. Below is the form to book your spot.
